Return Policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products on CLEARENCE cannot be returned. However, a customer can exchange the same for size change or for any other another products

• Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must reach out to our customer support team, providing order details through email or WhatsApp. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it's due to a product defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

• Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and exchanges will be promptly shipped. No refunding is allowed for products on Clearence. Any cost of shipping for products on exchange or return is ustomers repsonsibility.  

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
